Software Engineering foundation. Business Analysis specialisation. 5+ years of operations experience. I translate complex problems into clear, executable solutions.
I don't just document requirements — I identify the right problems to solve and design the clearest path from business need to working solution.
Mapping current-state operations, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and designing streamlined future-state workflows that reduce cost and friction.
Querying databases, building interactive dashboards, and transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that supports evidence-based decisions.
Translating business objectives into precise functional specifications, user stories, and system requirements that development teams can build from with confidence.
Bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams during system implementations, migrations, and modernisation initiatives across public and private sectors.
Roles spanning IT operations, digital records management, and e-commerce — each building a different dimension of analytical capability.
Founded and operate an international e-commerce business selling car accessories. Grown to A$30K+ in total revenue with 400+ orders.
Collaborated with the university IT team to enhance IT services, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Managed front desk operations and digital records for a government agency — bridging institutional processes and public service delivery.
Each project follows a structured approach: understand the problem deeply, analyse systematically, and deliver with clarity.
Over 5+ years at Punjab Police, I was part of a large-scale shift from manual paper-based record-keeping to the PSRMS — connecting local stations to central command.
Identified a market opportunity in car accessories, then designed, built, and scaled a Shopify store to A$30K+ in revenue with 400+ orders through data-driven decisions.
Designed and developed a web-based room booking system for university campus spaces. Led requirements gathering, database design, and Agile delivery.
Tools serve the thinking — not the other way around.
Most business analysts understand the business side. Some understand the technology side. I was trained in both — a Bachelor's in Software Engineering from GIFT University gave me the technical depth to understand systems, databases, and code. A Master's in IT specialising in Business Analysis at Academies Australasia Polytechnic sharpened my ability to model processes, elicit requirements, and turn ambiguity into structured specifications.
On top of the academic foundation, I spent 5+ years in a government operations role where I saw firsthand what digital transformation looks like on the ground — the messy transition from paper to digital, the resistance to change, the gap between what a system promises and what users actually need.
I also run my own e-commerce business, Carmoods.com, which keeps my business thinking sharp — from market analysis and product strategy to analytics and customer experience. I'm based in Perth and looking to contribute to organisations where technical-business fluency is a genuine advantage.
